New construction project for Lucerne. SBB Rösslimatt – Vibrant district for education, living, working and leisure. https://roesslimatt-luzern.ch/
At this construction site, we were not only allowed to work on the piles, but also to help with the excavation and install the lean concrete. It was also special that we worked overhead.
Our construction machine operators can be deployed flexibly. In addition to various qualifications, all machine operators have the forklift test and some also have the test for the mobile crane (Sennebogen).
Rösslimatt in Lucerne is being transformed from a place characterized by railway tracks into a lively urban quarter for education, living, working and leisure. Following an urban planning study and a design plan, SBB and the city of Lucerne certified the 42,000 square meter site as a “2000-watt site under development” back in 2014. In future, the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and the MSD Group will enliven the quarter with office and educational space, while first floor areas are planned for stores, restaurants and small businesses as well as attractive outdoor spaces. For the project, 135 piles Ø 500 mm, 77 piles Ø 1200 mm and 39 piles Ø 1500 mm were used.
