No cracks

Brextor® stands for a new era of construction quality. The innovative vertical milling technology eliminates the risk of micro-cracks in the pile, which can be caused by conventional methods such as the use of hydraulic or pneumatic hammers. These microcracks are often the start of long-term damage, as water and oxygen reach the reinforcing bars and cause them to corrode. This can endanger the stability of the entire structure due to corrosion damage. Brextor® eliminates this risk, resulting in a more durable and safer building structure. In addition, avoiding these microcracks prevents potentially catastrophic consequences such as subsidence or even the collapse of the structure. Enormous costs for repairs or additional measures can be avoided.
No spalling
The use of traditional breaking methods when processing piles can lead to serious problems. The uncontrolled impact energy often leads to spalling on the outer skin of the pile, which reduces the load-bearing surface of the pile and thus severely restricts its load-bearing capacity. As the load-bearing capacity of a pile is essential for the stability of the structure, such defects can result in short or long-term damage.
No bent reinforcement
With Brextor®, you can rely on a technology that guarantees the integrity of your reinforcing bars. Unlike traditional removal methods, which run the risk of bending reinforcing bars, Brextor® offers a precise milling technique that works both inside and outside the reinforcement. Brextor® ensures that the reinforcement remains intact and without bending, significantly reducing the risk of long-term damage.
No torn off reinforcement
Brextor® revolutionizes the construction process by eliminating the risk of rebar breakage. Brextor®’s gentle milling technique, which is applied both inside and outside the reinforcement, preserves the reinforcement in its original condition. This is crucial, as intact reinforcement bars are essential to absorb the tensile forces within the structure and ensure the stability and safety of the building.
Pile head height +/- 1cm
Brextor® sets new standards in construction precision. While traditional methods often cannot guarantee an accurate pile head height, Brextor® enables precise control of the pile head height to +/- 1cm using a standard area laser and receiver. This significantly reduces the workload and increases the efficiency and accuracy of the construction process. In addition, there is no need to cut with the cutting wheel.
Lower construction costs
Reuse of demolition material
Less workspace
Transportation savings
Reuse of demolition material
Brextor® transforms the extraction of bored piles by making the process more efficient and cost-effective. While traditional methods produce large chunks of concrete that have to be disposed of at great expense, Brextor® produces demolition material consisting of 80% gravel between 0 and 30 mm in size. This material can be reused directly on site, whether in the clean layer of the excavation or as a substructure for construction slopes, which saves time and disposal costs.
Less workspace
Brextor® offers an innovative solution that significantly reduces the working area during processing. While traditional methods require an extensive safety distance of up to one meter around the pile, Brextor® only needs 20 cm on one side. This minimal space requirement enables more efficient use of the available space and avoids the need to excavate, transport and dispose of large quantities of material. Particularly in confined spaces, such as lift shaft recesses or in front of walls, Brextor® can save working space thanks to this space-saving technology, which not only reduces time and costs, but also eliminates the need to purchase replacement material.
Transportation savings
Brextor® offers an efficient solution that enables significant savings in transportation and associated costs. The reduced working space required for Brextor® and the ability to reuse demolition material directly on site eliminates unnecessary transportation. For example, on a project with 100 bored piles, each with a diameter and excavation height of 1m, this equates to a saving of around 100m³ of loose material or around 9 truck transports. In addition, there is no need to transport replacement material to the construction site, which saves additional costs / 9 truck journeys.
Shortened construction time
Short processing time
Reliable performance
Reliable & simple planning
Short processing time
Brextor® revolutionizes the processing of bored piles by significantly speeding up the process. Compared to conventional methods, Brextor® enables significantly faster processing of the piles. For example, a pile with a diameter of 1 m and a removal height of 1 m can be processed in just 40 minutes. Such piles can be processed up to 15 piles per day. This service leads to a significant reduction in the overall construction time and associated costs.
Reliable performance
Brextor® offers consistent and reliable processing performance, regardless of weather conditions or seasonal temperature fluctuations. Unlike manual demolition methods, which can lead to variable daily output in extreme temperatures or rain, Brextor® technology ensures consistent efficiency. This ensures planning reliability and optimized scheduling in the construction project.
Reliable & simple planning
Brextor® ensures reliable and simple planning in construction projects. The constant and weather-independent daily output of Brextor® enables a continuous working method without interruptions. In addition, pile processing can be carried out directly by the civil engineering contractor on site, eliminating the need for coordination with additional subcontractors for pile head processing. This leads to a reduction in contract negotiations, scheduling and the need for time buffers between different service providers. By changing the attachment, pile processing can continue immediately after excavation, which saves a considerable amount of time.

Less material consumption (landfill / replacement material)
Savings on transportation
Less material consumption (landfill / replacement material)
Brextor® contributes to environmental protection by minimizing material requirements. The direct reuse of demolition material on the construction site and the reduced need for working space relieves the burden on landfill sites and reduces the need for replacement material. This leads to a more sustainable construction method that conserves resources and reduces the environmental impact.
Savings on transportation
Brextor® makes a significant contribution to reducing transportation, which has a direct positive effect on environmental protection. The ability to recycle demolition material directly on site and the reduced need for working space drastically reduces trips to landfill sites and the transportation of new material. This leads to a significant reduction in CO2 emissions and conserves natural resources by minimizing the consumption of replacement materials.

High occupational safety
Health-friendly activity
Brextor® protects workers’ health by eliminating the risk of hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS). HAVS is an occupational disease caused by long-term use of vibrating tools and can lead to painful and disabling disorders of the nerves, blood vessels, joints and muscles of the hands and arms. With Brextor®, manual work is replaced by mechanical precision, which protects workers’ health and increases efficiency.
Reduced noise emissions
Brextor® not only reduces noise pollution on construction sites, but also shortens the duration of construction noise. Compared to manual logging, which is often associated with high noise levels and long working times, Brextor® offers a quieter and faster alternative. The use of Brextor® significantly reduces the noise level normally caused by jackhammers. At the same time, Brextor® technology enables work to be completed more quickly, reducing the overall duration of the noise and thus minimizing the impact on workers and residents.
High occupational safety
Brextor® significantly increases work safety by keeping the driver in a protected work area and therefore out of the danger zone. This spatial separation from the immediate working environment minimizes the risk of accidents and injuries, resulting in a safer working environment.
